- You might be a parent that has known all along (and that can feel worse knowing day by day the extra abusive experiences layered ontop day-by-day) and still hold that image of your loving young child & frankly terrified at meeting a grown-up stranger who at best is “somewhat different”, bigger, hairier and certainly smelling very different
